Authorized Service Center
We are the only Authorized Service Center for both Mercruiser and Volvo Penta engines in Egypt.
In order to achieve this status, our technicians completed training by Mercury and Volvo personnel, both in Egypt and Europe.
We also acquire and use the full set of special tooling required by each manufacturer as well as the latest computerized Diagnostics needed for today’s sophisticated engines.In return, each engine manufacturer supplies us with updated electronic parts manuals as well as workshop service manuals, so that all maintenance and repair work can be executed “by the book”.

Our service team is arguably the biggest and best in Egypt dedicated to servicing only one brand, Chaparral Boats. Our team rivals the engine manufacturer’s teams in terms of number of personnel and technical knowledge.
Our technicians are the best in their field in Egypt, highly qualified in mechanical/electrical engineering as well as possessing the most experience in marine stern drive petrol engines.
They are equipped with full tool sets including diagnostic computers to enable them to work well with today’s advanced and sophisticated new engine systems.
Mobility and Communications
Most of the service on boats is accomplished on site. Our technicians are constantly traveling to client locations in order to respond to service calls.
This is why all our technicians are equipped with a car to enable them to transport themselves and all needed equipment effortlessly to the location of the boat needing service.
They are also all equipped with mobile phones to facilitate communication with them while they are on the road.
Consumables and Parts
We carry good stocks for all needed marine consumables such as filters, spark plugs and oils. We also carry a select stock of parts that we know, through experience, are needed often such as gaskets, rubber parts, belts, senders, sensors, propellers, water and fuel pumps, impellers, etc…
Any other needed parts are supplied via courier within a few days.
All stocked parts are original OEM parts to guarantee the highest level of performance and protection for the engines.
Quality of Service
Our technicians have been trained to deal with maintenance and repairs in the same manner as in the USA and Europe.
No shortcuts of half-solutions are offered because they usually result in part failure in a few short hours.
